When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What is your return policy?

At KOYOTE, your satisfaction means everything to us. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Please email hello@shopkoyote.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Phone number and email address
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be issued for the affected product.

KOYOTE reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the requirements above or fall outside the 7-day window.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, KOYOTE only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, KOYOTE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with your neighbors, leasing office, or local post office. If the issue persists, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Are KOYOTE products cruelty-free?

Yes! KOYOTE products are 100% cruelty-free.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong product, please email hello@shopkoyote.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
